The Bethlehem - Tondabayashi Sister City Commission Festival is held mid April from 12pm-4pm (dates vary on weather). As it is a Japanese culture event, It is held at the Garden of Serenity beside the Bethlehem Area Public Library.  This event will involve participating in a tea ceremony, pounding rice into a sweet treat with a giant wooden mallet, Japanese Taiko Drums played by performers, and much more.
